Cinders, ash and dust
lie on forgotten sands
allowing the echo of nature’s voice to roam
the mutism of this fire consumed by silence.
After photographing the charred remains of a fire, the artist digitally manipulated the resulting image to obtain this surreal and graphically suggestive work of art. Memories of ancestral rites and unpurged curses are the blue-violet ash lying on the ground in some forest lost in the memory of time. The cinder and ash contrast in the sunlight which penetrates the inner half-shadow of the forest. A light brown stain spreads across the sand on the ground, contrasting with the dark half-consumed charred branches.....

O cisco, a cinza e a poeira
jazem sobre as areias esquecidas
deixando o eco da voz da natureza percorrer
o mutismo desta fogueira consumida pelo silêncio.
Depois de fotografar os os restos calcinados de uma fogueira o autor manipulou digitalmente a imagem obtida de forma a obter o trabalho surreal de um grafismo sugestivo. Memórias de ritos ancestrais e de maldições não purificadas são a cinza azul-violeta que jaz no chão de uma qualquer floresta perdida na memória dos tempos. O cisco e a cinza contrastam no sol que penetra na meia sombra interior da floresta. Na areia do chão uma nódoa castanha clara espraia-se contrastando com os ramos escuros calcinados semi-consumidos.....
